Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the design of the trading function module of digital currency exchanges to ensure that the product features have a high-quality user experience.
• Participate in cross-departmental cooperation, coordinate and communicate with design, R&D departments, etc., to ensure that design goals, product goals, and business goals are closely aligned, and provide high-quality and stable product delivery.
• Participate in user research, collaborate with data analysis and products, and use qualitative and quantitative customer insights to drive solutions.
• Provide strong reasons for design decisions and clarify one's own views.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in product design, preferably in digital currency or financial technology sectors.
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, R&D, and business departments.
• Experience in user research and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and viewpoints clearly.
• Ability to balance user experience with business and technical requirements.
