Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive product roadmaps for blockchain exchange platforms, including feature planning, architecture design, and iterative development cycles.
• Conduct in-depth market and industry analysis to identify opportunities for blockchain technology implementation in e-commerce, finance, gaming, and offline retail sectors.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to translate technical capabilities into user-friendly products, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee product lifecycle management, from initial concept validation to post-launch optimization, while maintaining stakeholder communication and feedback loops.
• Design and maintain product specification documents, including technical requirements, user documentation, and business process workflows for blockchain solutions.
• Lead the implementation of distributed ledger technology in real-world applications, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across all stages of development.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling product narratives, positioning blockchain exchange solutions effectively in competitive markets.
• Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation in exchange platform design.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in product management within blockchain or fintech domains, with a strong track record of delivering successful exchange platform solutions.
• Deep understanding of distributed ledger technology, smart contracts, and blockchain architecture, including consensus mechanisms and cryptographic protocols.
• Excellent analytical skills to evaluate market trends, user behavior, and competitive landscapes, translating insights into actionable product strategies.
• Strong proficiency in creating and managing product documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and business requirement analyses.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to ensure product development aligns with technical feasibility and market needs.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) for managing product development workflows and timelines.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and articulate product vision to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of exchange platform operations, including order matching algorithms, liquidity management, and compliance frameworks for financial services.
• Ability to conduct competitive analysis and identify unique value propositions for blockchain exchange solutions in different industry verticals.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address technical challenges, user experience gaps, and business requirements during product development cycles.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau) to support market research, user behavior analysis, and product performance evaluation.
