Job Description
We are seeking an experienced User Operation Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and optimizing user operation products and infrastructure for our Internet platform. You will play a key role in enhancing user experience and improving operational efficiency through innovative product solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and iterate user operation products and infrastructure for Internet platforms
- Develop and implement complete product requirement documents independently
- Analyze and improve products from user perspective to enhance operational efficiency
- Lead projects related to platform user operation system construction and implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Internet product manager
- At least 3 years of experience in Internet platform user operation products or infrastructure construction
- Familiar with Internet platform user operation system and implementation path
- Experience with offshore products is preferred
- Proven track record of independent product design and iteration projects
- Strong ability to create comprehensive product requirement documents
- Excellent user experience awareness and analytical skills
- Professional competencies expected of a senior product manager
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in international or cross-border Internet products
- Background in data analysis and user behavior research
- Knowledge of latest trends in user operation product development
- Experience working in agile development environments
