Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) and prototype diagrams to guide development teams.
• Support market and operational activities by translating growth tool needs into clear product specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, technology) to ensure smooth product/event launches.
• Drive the execution of growth strategies through effective product implementation.
• Monitor marketing trends and analyze competitor dynamics to maintain our industry leadership position.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align product vision with business objectives.

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product design or related field, preferably in C-end products.
• Proven ability to create comprehensive product documentation and prototypes.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into product features.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with multiple departments.
• Understanding of growth strategies and market dynamics in the tech industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Business or related field.
• Experience with design tools like Sketch, Figma or Adobe XD is a plus.

• Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
