Job Description
This position requires a proactive professional to oversee the entire lifecycle of the Seed project, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering high-quality outcomes. The candidate will serve as a central point of contact for cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication. Key responsibilities include facilitating community engagement initiatives, gathering actionable insights from user feedback and market trends, and translating these into innovative visual and technical solutions. The role also involves monitoring development milestones, coordinating with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery, and maintaining the integrity of OpenSea-related information through systematic updates and modifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project coordination efforts, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and accountability for final deliverables
- Organize and moderate community discussions to foster collaboration and gather valuable user insights
- Conduct comprehensive information collection activities, analyzing data to inform decision-making processes
- Develop and implement visual design concepts, working closely with creative teams to ensure alignment with brand identity
- Collaborate with technical teams to define and refine project specifications, balancing creativity with feasibility
- Monitor development progress through regular check-ins, risk assessments, and milestone tracking
- Ensure smooth delivery of project outputs by coordinating with QA teams for testing and validation
- Maintain and update OpenSea-related information, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms
- Document project workflows and deliverables for transparency and knowledge sharing
- Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements and addressing challenges
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successful project delivery
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and technical documentation platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketers
- Attention to detail for accurate information management and quality assurance processes
- Knowledge of blockchain platforms and NFT marketplaces, particularly OpenSea
- Experience with agile methodologies and iterative development processes
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency in English for clear documentation and communication with international teams
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and evolving project requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges in project execution and delivery
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles for informed design decisions
- Experience with version control systems and collaborative development tools
