Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Web3 Product Manager. This role will be responsible for driving the development and execution of Web3-related product strategies, ensuring alignment with our overall game strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of Web3 technologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and drive Web3-related product strategies and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with the overall game strategy.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (including development, design, marketing, etc.) to ensure that the project progresses as planned and is delivered on time.
- Analyze market demand and user feedback to continuously optimize product features and user experience.
- Manage the product lifecycle, including requirement analysis, product definition, development tracking, testing and validation, and release management.
- Supervise the market performance of the product and develop subsequent versions and update plans.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in Web3 or blockchain-related products.
- Strong understanding of Web3 technologies, including blockchain, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and user feedback.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to drive product vision and execution.
- Experience in the gaming industry is a plus.
