Product Manager at DTX

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product research and planning, create prototypes and PRDs, and lead function promotion and acceptance
• Research and analyze blockchain DeFi projects, including operational mechanisms, contract methods, and on-chain data statistics, producing conclusive reports
• Perform competitor research and track project progress
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX, R&D, testing, and other departments to ensure project implementation
• Work with marketing, business, and operations teams to drive product growth post-launch
• Continuously iterate products and identify new opportunities through interviews, thematic research, and data analysis

Job Requirements

• Must have prior experience with exchanges or DeFi products
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and DeFi ecosystems
• Excellent research, analytical, and reporting skills
• Ability to create prototypes and detailed product requirements documents
• Proven track record of cross-departmental collaboration
• Experience with product iteration and opportunity identification
• Strong communication and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in both centralized and decentralized finance products
• Technical background with understanding of smart contracts
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies
• Previous work in fast-paced fintech or blockchain environments
