Job Description

The Product Manager will be responsible for driving the evolution of our trading platform's core features and maintaining our competitive edge in the Web3 space. This role requires a deep understanding of decentralized finance and hands-on experience with crypto trading products.

Key Responsibilities

Feature Development: Lead the iteration of trading module features including buying/selling, copy trading, market charts, limit orders, etc., while monitoring post-launch performance.
Competitive Analysis: Continuously track competitors like pump.fun, fomo, and Axiom, analyzing DEX/launchpad ecosystem developments to identify feature improvements.
End-to-End Execution: Create PRDs and prototypes, oversee UX design, and coordinate with development, design, and QA teams for Web/App releases.
Data Monitoring: Track key metrics (trading volume, MAU, retention, routing quality) and troubleshoot on-chain issues (routing, pricing, indexing) using transaction hashes.
Product Optimization: Transform user feedback and identified issues into actionable product enhancements.

Job Requirements

3+ years product experience with 2+ years in consumer crypto/on-chain trading products.
Active crypto trader with hands-on experience using platforms like GMGN, Axiom, Photon.
Deep technical understanding of DEX mechanics: bonding curves, order types, AMM vs order books, routing algorithms, slippage, MEV protection, etc.
Strong data skills: SQL/BI proficiency for cohort analysis, retention dashboards, and attribution modeling.
Competitive benchmarking ability to analyze fee structures, routing logic, and system limitations.
AI tool expertise: Regular use of Claude/ChatGPT/Cursor for research and documentation.
Excellent communication and project management skills for fast-paced environments.
Bilingual English/Chinese capability with global user perspective.
