Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Research Engineers to develop and refine sector-specific crypto reports.
• Provide strategic insights and analysis for each crypto sector covered by the team.
• Identify areas for further research and guide Research Engineers in their inquiries.
• Coordinate feedback from team members, including the Head of Research.
• Lead and own special research projects with support from the research team.
• Maintain research workflows, including daily huddles, content trackers, and timelines.
• Monitor ecosystem channels (Telegram, Twitter, Email) for relevant insights.
• Manage the editorial process from draft to final publication, ensuring high-quality output.
• Review and refine reports, incorporating feedback from research leads.

Strategic Initiatives

• Bring fresh perspectives to publishing processes and ideate new initiatives for wider reach.
• Shape innovative research projects to enhance the team's output.
• Develop a strong point-of-view on crypto to guide the research team's direction.
• Provide strategic input on individual reports to drive their long-term evolution.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure and Open Source teams to gather expert feedback.
• Leverage proprietary data and source ideas to improve report quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in research management, preferably in the crypto or fintech sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to think strategically and guide research direction.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with crypto ecosystems and industry trends.
• Experience in editorial processes and content refinement.
