Product Manager at Cregis

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design and plan internal system product functions including but not limited to: user management system, order management system, data statistics system, financial system, content management system, and agent system
• Ensure all system designs meet the internal business operation needs of the enterprise
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with multiple departments including research and development, design, and marketing teams
• Facilitate smooth progress of product development from conception to launch
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing systems to enhance operational efficiency

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in system product design or related role
• Strong understanding of enterprise business operations and workflows
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple departments
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Experience with various management systems (user, order, data, financial, content)
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
