Job Description
As a Product Manager for Binance Card, you will lead the end-to-end development and optimization of bank card products, focusing on both network infrastructure and application functionality. This role requires a deep understanding of financial services and digital payment ecosystems to design innovative solutions that enhance user experience and drive business growth. You will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, conducting competitive analysis, and aligning product strategies with Binance's overall vision. The position involves managing the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, while ensuring compliance with global financial regulations and security standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine bank card product specifications, including payment processing systems, user authentication protocols, and transaction management features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as business development, engineering, risk management, compliance, finance, and big data analytics to ensure seamless integration of product requirements into operational workflows.
- Conduct user research to identify pain points and design features that improve customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Monitor product performance metrics and iterate on improvements to optimize functionality, security, and scalability.
- Coordinate with third-party financial institutions and payment gateways to ensure smooth integration of card services into existing platforms.
- Lead the creation of product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business impact, user feedback, and technical feasibility.
- Ensure all card products meet regulatory compliance standards and adhere to strict security protocols to protect user data and prevent fraud.
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide regular updates on product progress, challenges, and success metrics.
- Drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies and trends in fintech to enhance product offerings and stay ahead of competitors.
- Manage product launch timelines, coordinating with marketing, legal, and operations teams to ensure successful market entry.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.
- Proven expertise in designing and launching digital financial products, with a strong focus on payment solutions and card technologies.
- Deep knowledge of financial regulations (e.g., KYC, AML, PCI-DSS) and compliance frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions about product improvements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) to oversee product development timelines and deliverables.
- Familiarity with encryption technologies and cybersecurity best practices to ensure secure card operations.
- Ability to translate business goals into technical requirements and communicate them clearly to engineering teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges in product development, user experience, and system integration.
- Demonstrated leadership in driving product innovation and improving customer satisfaction metrics.
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills preferred for global collaboration.
- Experience with blockchain technology or cryptocurrency ecosystems is a plus.
- Familiarity with payment processing systems, card networks, and financial APIs is required.
- Must have a track record of successfully managing complex product launches under tight deadlines.
