Job Description
As a key member of our product team, you will collaborate closely with engineering teams to drive the design, implementation, and launch of product features. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the user experience of our conversational AI products through data-driven iterations based on real user feedback and behavioral metrics. You'll take ownership of the entire feature lifecycle from conception to deployment while continuously monitoring and optimizing performance post-launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally with engineering teams to design, develop and deploy product features
- Evaluate and improve conversational AI product experiences through data analysis and user feedback
- Own the end-to-end feature development process from ideation to launch
- Monitor feature performance and drive continuous iteration based on metrics
- Make informed product decisions with clear rationale behind each design choice
Job Requirements
- Demonstrable skills and portfolio matter more than formal education or years of experience
- Strong product sense with clear perspective on what constitutes excellent user experience
- Ability to articulate reasoning behind every design decision
Preferred Qualifications
- Public portfolio including open source contributions, technical blog, or independently launched products
- Experience with consumer-facing community, content, interactive or gaming products
- Sensitivity to user emotional responses and engagement patterns
- Practical experience with prompt engineering for AI systems
