Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall operation of the index contract module, including attracting new customers, converting, retaining, and promoting activity, and responsible for the user and trading volume of the module.
• Responsible for optimizing and supplementing the product functions of the index contract module to enhance user experience.
• Responsible for the overall internal and external promotion of the index contract module.
• Responsible for overall data analysis of the index contract module to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Responsible for conducting competitor and user research on the index contract module to stay ahead of market trends.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product operation, preferably in the financial or ETF sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven track record in user acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.
• Ability to conduct thorough market and competitor research.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the ETF or financial services industry.
• Knowledge of index contracts and related financial products.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and promotional strategies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
