Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Research and monitor DeFi and POS projects across trading platforms to identify trends and opportunities
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between all project stakeholders, providing timely feedback and strategic suggestions
• Develop and implement strategies and best practices to enhance customer experience and platform performance
• Analyze customer feedback and market insights to provide continuous improvement recommendations to engineering and product teams
• Conduct comprehensive market research in the POS and DeFi sectors, compiling data and producing detailed research reports
• Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international communities and project teams
• Act as a bridge between project teams and community teams, fostering communication and cooperation

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, preferably in blockchain, DeFi, or cryptocurrency sectors
• Deep understanding of Proof of Stake (POS) mechanisms and decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystems
• Strong analytical skills with ability to conduct market research and produce insightful reports
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders
• Ability to translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements
• Experience working with international teams and communities in the blockchain space
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical background or understanding of blockchain technology and smart contracts
• Experience with trading platforms or cryptocurrency exchanges
• Multilingual capabilities to facilitate global communication
• Active participation in blockchain communities or open-source projects
