Product Manager at KVERSO

Responsible for leading the product design experience in web3, including managing the product lifecycle, such as the complete process of App and Web, prototype design, requirement analysis, functional planning, product design, iteration;

Determine product vision and strategy, collaborate with stakeholders, identify market opportunities, create a product roadmap, and establish a unified product strategy aligned with company goals;

Develop and manage product requirements, collect and prioritize customer and market demands, establish product standards, and collaborate with development teams to ensure the development and improvement of new features;

Drive product development, lead cross functional teams including development, design, and testing, deliver high-quality products on time and within budget, manage project scope, timelines, and resources, and ensure successful product release;

Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to develop promotional strategies, materials, and project materials, effectively promote products, and drive user adoption;

Conduct market research and competitive analysis, closely follow industry trends, competitor products, and user feedback to understand product strategies and prioritize feature development;

Measure product performance, define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate product success, analyze user behavior, and identify areas for improvement.
