Job Description:
The Blockchain Product Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, design, and implementation of public blockchain products, driving the development and optimization of core features. This role requires close collaboration with technical teams to ensure timely product delivery and achievement of business objectives. Additionally, the candidate will monitor industry trends, conduct competitive analysis, and formulate differentiated product strategies to maintain our competitive edge in the blockchain space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle product management of public blockchain solutions, from conceptualization to launch and iteration.
- Coordinate cross-functional technical teams to ensure project milestones are met according to schedule.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation.
- Gather and analyze user feedback from developer communities to continuously improve product offerings.
- Drive the development of blockchain infrastructure products including blockchain explorers, RPC node services, and developer documentation.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of blockchain product management experience with proven track record in public blockchain products.
- Hands-on experience in designing and iterating blockchain infrastructure products such as blockchain explorers, RPC services, and developer documentation.
- Deep understanding of developer communities with ability to enhance development experience (e.g., contract deployment tools, debugging utilities, testnet faucets).
- Experience in product design and implementation of ecosystem components including wallets, cross-chain bridges, and DEX platforms.
- Strong technical acumen with ability to communicate effectively with development teams.
- Fluent in English with capability to comprehend technical documentation.
