Job Description
We're building a groundbreaking settlement engine, and we're looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Product thinker and doer. You'll work closely with our engineers to prioritize, spec and build new products and features. You need to have a solid technical background, uncanny attention to detail and a sound judgment.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand markets, competition, and user requirements in depth
- Write product documents and roadmaps
- Closely work with engineers to create product specs
- Be the key collaborator who runs our product development engine
- Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly
Job Requirements
- Solid technical background with ability to understand complex systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong product judgment and decision-making capabilities
- Proven experience in product management or related field
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience with agile development methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fintech or payment systems
- Background in computer science or engineering
- Familiarity with settlement systems or financial infrastructure
- Track record of successfully launching technical products
