Job Description
We are seeking a talented Product Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from planning and design to promotion and launch. This role requires a deep understanding of trading and financial instrument products, as well as experience in game product planning and numerical design.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and promote the company's products, developing comprehensive product roadmaps
- Ensure timely and high-quality product launches through effective project management
- Work closely with technical, design, and operation departments to align product development with business goals
- Systematically plan products based on operational feedback and market research
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful product iterations
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in trading and financial instrument products, with at least one personally led project
- Minimum 1 year of experience in game product planning and numerical design
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies including requirement research, analysis, design, and documentation
- Experience in project development promotion, feedback collection, and continuous iteration
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to translate operational feedback into actionable product improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial technology or gaming industries
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making ability
- Creative problem-solving skills with attention to detail
