Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for product planning, requirement analysis, and functional design of financial apps such as quantitative trading, robo advisors, and investment analysis tools
• Deeply understand the needs of financial users (such as traders and investors) to design efficient and easy-to-use investment tools and trading experiences
• Coordinate with development, design, and quantitative teams to drive product implementation while ensuring data accuracy and system stability
• Monitor key product metrics including transaction volume, user retention, and strategic returns to continuously optimize product experience and business value
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and enhancements
• Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and workflow diagrams to guide development teams

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience in fintech or financial services
• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading strategies, and investment products
• Proven ability to translate complex financial concepts into intuitive user experiences
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
• Strong project management skills with ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science or related field
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Familiarity with quantitative analysis and algorithmic trading is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA or FRM certification
• Experience with machine learning applications in finance
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in financial services
• Programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages
