Job Description
The role involves end-to-end planning, design, and implementation of public blockchain products, driving core feature development and optimization. You will coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely product delivery and achievement of business objectives. Additionally, you will monitor industry trends, analyze competitors, and formulate differentiated strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the blockchain space.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of public blockchain product development, from conceptualization to deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and stakeholders, to align product goals with technical execution.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from developer communities to enhance tools and services like contract deployment, debugging tools, and testnet faucets.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in blockchain product management, with hands-on experience in public blockchain infrastructure (e.g., blockchain explorers, RPC node services, developer documentation).
- Proven track record of designing and improving developer-centric tools and services to streamline blockchain development workflows.
- Experience in product design and execution for core ecosystem components such as wallets, cross-chain bridges, and decentralized exchanges (DEX).
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to comprehend and analyze technical documentation.
