Job Description
Position Title: Growth Product Manager
- Responsible for requirement analysis and product planning of user growth modules and platform operation tools.
- Deeply understand business needs, design user growth paths, lifecycle management, and interaction mechanisms to enhance user retention and conversion.
- Coordinate with development teams to implement strategies, promote platform operation tools, and ensure the launch of automated operations and data analysis features.
- Build a user behavior data analysis system to support data-driven decision-making and continuously optimize user experience and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure efficient implementation of product requirements and achievement of business goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with 5+ years of experience as a product manager in internet or platform-based companies. Experience in large corporations or related industries is a plus.
- Proven experience in user growth, data analysis, and operational tool design, with familiarity in user lifecycle management.
- Strong logical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills, capable of independently delivering product solutions and implementing them.
- Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, with a strong team spirit.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in To C business or marketing automation products.
- Fluent in Chinese.
