Job Description
We are seeking a talented Product Manager to lead the design and development of intelligent securities products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing market needs, designing innovative financial products, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research and requirement analysis for securities-related intelligent products
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of product designs and monitor post-launch performance metrics
- Regularly analyze product data, evaluate effectiveness, and propose optimization strategies for continuous improvement
- Monitor global digital currency and US stock market trends, conduct in-depth analysis, and develop product strategies with focus on RWA (Real World Assets) integration
- Design product modules that align with market demands and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with multiple departments including operations and marketing to drive product success
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Computer Science or related fields (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in financial product development
- Solid knowledge of financial products and securities market regulations
- Strong analytical skills and logical thinking capabilities
- Proficiency in product design tools such as Axure and MockingBot
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Familiarity with digital currencies and US stock trading logic
- Practical experience in live trading or strategy backtesting (Python/SQL skills preferred)
- Experience in securities product design covering market data, financial information, trading systems, communities and news services
- Ability to work during US/European market hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in financial information service companies like Tonghuashun, East Money, Wind, or Hundsun
- Background in blockchain industry or RWA (Real World Assets) sector
- Experience with US stock market operations
