Overseas AI Product Operations - Full time - Work Location: Shanghai
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the operation of the company's product briefs, developing the overall framework and mechanism for product operations, and establishing activity, content, product, and marketing operation systems.
- Build product communities, manage and operate communities, guide users to pay attention and spread independently, and expand the influence of products and communities.
- Perform SEO, ASO, affiliate marketing, and other tasks on product websites and apps to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Execute content output strategies including SEO articles, social media content, email marketing content, and other promotional materials.
- Regularly and quantitatively carry out online activity planning to increase product user base and user activity, and create brand influence for the product.
- Conduct data analysis on operational indicators generated across the entire network, capture user needs, trends, and changes in a timely manner, generate innovative ways to promote user retention and conversion, and drive implementation to substantially increase product user growth.
- Actively explore external resources, develop cooperation channels, operate and collaborate with other channels, and promote rapid growth in product user base.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in product operations, preferably in the AI industry, with a strong understanding of market trends and user behavior.
- Excellent communication and community management skills to effectively engage with global audiences and foster brand loyalty.
- Proficiency in SEO, ASO, and affiliate marketing techniques to optimize digital presence and drive traffic.
- Ability to analyze operational data using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Excel to derive actionable insights.
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language (e.g., Spanish, French, or Mandarin) to support overseas operations and stakeholder communication.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage complex projects and adapt to dynamic market conditions.
- Experience with content creation platforms and tools to produce high-quality, engaging material for diverse channels.
- Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to achieve business goals.
- Knowledge of AI product lifecycle management and user acquisition strategies to maximize product impact.
- Ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and user growth targets.
