Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and integrate product requirements from various business departments, and prioritize product iterations based on business needs.
• Oversee the overall planning, scheme design, and implementation of the product to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Monitor user experience and drive continuous optimization based on user feedback and data analysis.
• Collaborate with business departments to identify and resolve online product issues, ensuring prompt problem resolution.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product management, preferably in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into product solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.
