We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product development and optimization, ensuring seamless collaboration between business departments and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and integrate product requirements from various business departments, and prioritize product iterations based on business needs.
- Oversee the overall planning, scheme design, and implementation of the product to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Monitor user experience and drive continuous optimization based on user feedback and data analysis.
- Collaborate with business departments to identify and resolve online product issues, ensuring prompt problem resolution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into product solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
