[Product Marketing Manager] Regarding this position: We are looking for a product marketing manager with both strategic thinking and extensive experience for a rapidly developing cryptocurrency exchange. You will be responsible for developing market positioning and go to market strategies (GTM) for a diversified product line including trading services, payment cards, and digital asset solutions. This position is crucial for driving product adoption, user engagement, and market share growth in global and regional markets. You will work closely with cross functional teams in product, growth, operations, and engineering to create coherent and consistent product information delivery and efficient marketing campaigns. If you excel at working in fast-paced, innovation driven environments and are passionate about cryptocurrency and fintech, then this position is perfect for you. -Core responsibilities: 1. Gain a deep understanding of cryptocurrency user needs, competitor dynamics, and regulatory policies, and develop precise product positioning and dissemination strategies. 2. Provide support for spot/futures trading, pledged wealth management Creating attractive product narratives for encryption products such as Web3 functionality, as well as financial technology services such as payment cards and fiat currency channels. Leading end-to-end listing planning for new product features (including cryptocurrency asset listings, token listings, and integration of payment products and financial services). Developing and executing integrated marketing plans for different customer groups such as traders, institutional users, DeFi users, and beginners. Not only responsible for marketing core transaction functions, but also promoting marketing roadmaps for cross-border payments, fiat currency deposit and withdrawal channels, encrypted cards, revenue products, and wallets. Designing user lifecycle communication strategies (including new user guidance, upward sales, and user recalls) through email, in app push, and content marketing. Collaborate with product, compliance, legal, and support teams to ensure debit/credit card compliance Smooth launch of KYC updates, asset listings, or DeFi integration features 8. Analyze user behavior, product adoption rates, and marketing campaign effectiveness to continuously optimize product positioning and feature promotion strategies 9. Produce launch manuals, product FAQs, internal training materials, and performance briefings for cross departmental teams 10. Collaborate with social media, community, and regional marketing teams to ensure consistency in information dissemination on platforms such as Telegram, Discord, and X (formerly Twitter)
