Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Interaction Design Lead to accelerate product launches. This position is based in our Shenzhen office (must be located in Shenzhen). The role involves leading design initiatives to ensure high-quality user experiences and seamless product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Research: Conduct user research focused on product visuals and interaction design to gather insights and improve usability.
- Interaction Design: Produce high-quality interaction design drafts, including related materials, animations, videos, and other assets.
- Team Management: Lead the design team, establish design standards and guidelines, and maintain design archives.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the product team to drive development, ensure design implementation, and achieve expected outcomes.
- Additional Tasks: Support other design-related tasks such as operational posters, marketing materials, and brand promotion as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in exchange product design or a similar role.
- Skills: Strong aesthetic sense, logical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Mindset: Proactive and passionate about creating top-tier products.
- Teamwork: Prior team management experience is a plus; must communicate effectively across teams and oversee projects holistically.
