Key Responsibilities

• Plan and operate Web3 projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Act as a bridge between designers and developers, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration.
• Manage the project lifecycle for web and app service development, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify opportunities for service improvement.
• Analyze user feedback and behavior to enhance user experience and service features.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize service performance and user engagement.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in Web3 project planning and operation, with a strong understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills, with experience in overseeing web and app development projects.
• Ability to conduct market research, user needs analysis, and trend analysis to inform decision-making.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for improving user experience.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools for project management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in UX/UI design or development, with a keen eye for detail and user-centric design principles.
