Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project planning, timeline management, and risk assessment for Web3 blockchain projects to guarantee on-time, high-quality deliverables
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between technical, product, and operations teams by creating detailed project roadmaps and monitoring milestones
- Partner with development teams to evaluate technical architectures, assess solution feasibility, and provide strategic project guidance
- Optimize resource allocation (human, financial, and material) to maintain project momentum and efficiency
