This role involves comprehensive project management for Web3 public chain initiatives, ensuring successful execution from planning to delivery. The ideal candidate will bridge technical and operational teams while maintaining a strong focus on risk mitigation and resource optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project planning, timeline management, and risk assessment for Web3 blockchain projects to guarantee on-time, high-quality deliverables
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between technical, product, and operations teams by creating detailed project roadmaps and monitoring milestones
- Partner with development teams to evaluate technical architectures, assess solution feasibility, and provide strategic project guidance
- Optimize resource allocation (human, financial, and material) to maintain project momentum and efficiency
- Deliver regular progress updates to stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and refine project management methodologies
- Stay current with Web3 industry advancements and emerging technologies to enhance project management approaches
Additional Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex technical projects in blockchain or decentralized systems
- Strong understanding of Web3 infrastructure and public chain architectures
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to anticipate project bottlenecks and implement preventive measures
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
