Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with expertise in multiple programming languages and databases. You will be responsible for driving technical excellence, managing project timelines, and fostering team collaboration in the dynamic web3 industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce comprehensive requirement documents and development specifications
- Track project progress and ensure timely task completion and acceptance
- Drive team enthusiasm and maintain high performance standards
- Manage both front-end and back-end development processes
- Participate actively in web3 industry projects and initiatives
Technical Requirements
- 3+ years of technical management experience
- Familiarity with front-end development standards and common frameworks
- Proficiency in back-end development with at least one language (Python/Java preferred)
- Experience with common databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and understanding of their trade-offs
- Knowledge of Linux commands and basic operations/maintenance concepts
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with smart contract development (Solidity, Rust, or Move)
- Prior experience managing web3 projects
