Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute cross-chain collaboration strategies between DEX and public blockchain ecosystems, including market analysis, partnership negotiation, and implementation roadmap development.
• Coordinate with operation managers to align resource allocation, ensure seamless integration of DEX services, and monitor partnership performance metrics.
• Develop and implement user acquisition programs leveraging personal networks and industry connections to attract high-value DEX participants.
• Design and execute content marketing campaigns across social media platforms to drive engagement and community growth.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate representation of DEX features in promotional materials and white papers.
• Monitor and analyze channel performance data (Twitter, Discord, Telegram) to optimize growth strategies and improve user interaction rates.
• Contribute to the creation of high-quality content including white papers, research reports, and brand narratives for DeFi projects.
• Provide regular updates on partnership progress, content performance, and user acquisition outcomes to stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in cross-chain collaboration and blockchain ecosystem integration, with a strong understanding of DEX operations and protocols.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage multi-stakeholder relationships and ensure project alignment.
• Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, Notion) for producing white papers, research reports, and marketing materials.
• Strong analytical abilities to track channel growth metrics, interpret data trends, and develop actionable insights.
• Experience in DeFi project documentation, including technical whitepapers, user guides, and marketing collateral.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a focus on clear and concise messaging for diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of blockchain terminology, smart contract ecosystems, and decentralized finance concepts.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines for content delivery.
• Experience with email outreach and portfolio submission processes for blockchain-related opportunities.
