Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the multi-chain launchpad for ERC404 tokens
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance platform efficiency
• Monitor and optimize launchpad performance across multiple blockchain networks
• Identify and implement process improvements to scale operations effectively
• Maintain relationships with project teams and stakeholders in the ERC404 ecosystem
• Analyze market trends and user feedback to drive platform enhancements

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations management for launchpad projects
• Proven track record of successfully operating and scaling blockchain platforms
• Deep understanding of ERC404 token standards and multi-chain environments
• Strong knowledge of DeFi ecosystems and token launch mechanisms
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive operational decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with multiple blockchain networks (Ethereum, Polygon, etc.)
• Technical background in smart contracts or blockchain development
• Previous experience in startup environments or fast-growing projects
• Familiarity with tokenomics design and launch strategies
