Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, support, and service blockchain projects by collaborating with product teams and coordinating with online/offline communities and traffic teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Monitor market trends and unexpected events, quickly designing blockchain-related community activities (especially Telegram group operations) to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
• Develop and execute topic/thematic planning strategies while maintaining blockchain-related information, Q&A content, and other operational materials.
• Leverage expertise in various media platforms and new media operation methods to establish a comprehensive content output framework and build a robust content operation system.
• Facilitate real-time user communication and maintain community vibrancy through effective information integration strategies.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in blockchain project planning and community operations
• Strong sensitivity to market trends and ability to react quickly to emerging opportunities
• Excellent skills in content planning, creation, and community engagement
• Deep understanding of various media platforms and new media operation methodologies
• Ability to build and maintain active online communities, particularly in blockchain spaces
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with Telegram group management and operations is highly preferred
