Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Testing Plans: Participate in creating detailed testing plans and strategies to ensure all functional requirements are covered.
• Test Case Development: Design and write test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage of all product functional points.
• Functional Testing Execution: Conduct functional testing, including both manual and automated testing, to verify product functionality against specifications.
• Defect Tracking: Record, track, and manage defects, working closely with the development team to resolve identified issues.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with development, product management, and other relevant teams to ensure product quality.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in refining the testing process, suggesting improvements, and optimizing testing methods.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in functional testing of hardware and software products.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including manual and automated testing.
• Ability to develop detailed test plans and write comprehensive test cases.
• Experience with defect tracking tools and processes.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to propose and implement process improvements.
