Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Software Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive testing strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects while continuously improving testing processes and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in requirement analysis of software products, responsible for designing test plans and test cases, executing corresponding automated testing, performance testing, and other testing work, and implementing standardized testing processes.
- Communicate and collaborate with other testers, developers, product managers, and project managers to jointly complete project delivery.
- By analyzing business requirements and developing tools to solve testing tasks that are difficult for human resources to complete during the testing process, testing efficiency can be improved.
- Improve the quality process, control quality risks, effectively ensure the product quality of the delivered project, summarize product quality issues, and propose quality iteration and improvement plans.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software testing, including test planning, test case design, and execution.
- Strong knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Experience with performance testing and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience in developing testing tools to improve efficiency is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to identify quality risks and propose improvement plans.
