We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products by collaborating with cross-functional teams and implementing effective quality control measures.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with product managers and R&D teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations and business objectives
- Identify, track, analyze, and report on product quality issues throughout the development lifecycle
- Promote timely and reasonable solutions to problems discovered during testing phases
- Develop and improve mechanisms for identifying quality issues during the R&D process
- Implement strategies to enhance testing efficiency and overall product quality
- Document and maintain comprehensive records of quality metrics and improvement initiatives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and troubleshoot complex issues
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with various testing methodologies and quality assurance processes
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems and quality management tools
- Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
- Certification in quality assurance or software testing
- Experience in continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) environments
