Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with product managers and R&D teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations and business objectives
• Identify, track, analyze, and report on product quality issues throughout the development lifecycle
• Promote timely and reasonable solutions to problems discovered during testing phases
• Develop and improve mechanisms for identifying quality issues during the R&D process
• Implement strategies to enhance testing efficiency and overall product quality
• Document and maintain comprehensive records of quality metrics and improvement initiatives

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing roles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and troubleshoot complex issues
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with various testing methodologies and quality assurance processes
• Familiarity with bug tracking systems and quality management tools
• Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
• Certification in quality assurance or software testing
• Experience in continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) environments
