Job Description
Senior Quantitative Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing complex financial models and simulations to support strategic decision-making and risk management. This role involves developing predictive analytics tools, conducting in-depth scenario analysis, and validating investment strategies through rigorous backtesting processes. The engineer will also play a key role in pricing financial derivatives and optimizing portfolio performance to achieve maximum returns while minimizing exposure to market risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and run advanced financial simulations and predictive models to support investment decision-making and risk management analysis.
- Perform backtesting, scenario analysis, and simulations to evaluate the effectiveness of trading strategies and identify potential risks.
- Develop pricing simulations using complex financial derivatives such as options, futures, and swaps to accurately model market behaviors.
- Assist in portfolio optimization by analyzing market trends and balancing risk and return to maximize investment performance.
- Advise on financial risk measurement and management, including the development of risk mitigation strategies and monitoring of risk indicators.
