Key Responsibilities

• Market making strategy formulation and optimization: Design and implement efficient market making strategies based on market conditions to optimize depth, liquidity, and price stability of trading pairs.
• Market making algorithm optimization: Enhance existing market making algorithm models to improve automation, ensuring high-frequency and high-precision market response capabilities.
• Real-time market analysis: Conduct in-depth research on candlesticks, price points, and market trends, utilizing big data analysis to develop accurate strategic adjustment plans.
• System performance improvement: Collaborate with the technical team to optimize the market making system, focusing on order matching efficiency, delay processing, and risk control.
• Team Management and Development: Lead and develop a market making team, setting clear objectives and guiding team members to enhance their professional skills and execution abilities.
• Real-time monitoring and response: Monitor market dynamics to quickly identify and resolve abnormal situations, ensuring market stability and trading security.
• Cross-departmental collaboration: Work closely with product, technology, risk control, and customer support teams to ensure efficient market making operations and improve user experience.
• Industry research: Track market trends and competitor strategies to continuously refine the company's market making approach and technical solutions.
• Regular reporting: Provide management with business data, algorithm optimization results, and market performance reports, offering improvement suggestions to support decision-making.
