Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the recruitment work of the exchange, including job demand analysis, talent search, interview arrangement, and offer negotiation.
• Optimize the recruitment process and expand recruitment channels (such as industry communities, headhunting collaborations, technical forums, etc.).
• Assist in building the company's HR system, including employee onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and employee relations management.
• Familiar with the blockchain industry, able to quickly understand job requirements such as technology, operations, and market, and accurately match talents.
• Participate in the construction of corporate culture, enhance team cohesion and employee satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment and HR functions, preferably within the blockchain or fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and recruitment channel expansion.
• Ability to analyze job requirements and match candidates effectively.
• Knowledge of HR systems, including onboarding, training, and performance evaluation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Passion for corporate culture development and employee engagement.
