Job Description
Collaborate with the team to produce in-depth research reports on the cryptocurrency industry, responsible for core research content including project due diligence, tokenomics analysis, competitor comparison, risk assessment, and valuation frameworks, while delivering high-quality written drafts. Independently undertake specific research tasks such as tracking designated sectors, conducting rapid project due diligence, and thematic analysis. Continuously monitor primary English-language crypto information sources to provide input for the team's research direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce institutional-grade research reports with mature writing style and clear structure
- Conduct comprehensive project evaluations including tokenomics and competitive landscape analysis
- Perform risk assessments and develop valuation models for crypto projects
- Track and analyze emerging trends in specific cryptocurrency sectors
- Monitor and synthesize information from leading crypto research sources
- Provide actionable investment insights based on thorough market research
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably from 985/211 universities or equivalent overseas institutions
- 3-5 years of research experience with proven track record of producing in-depth reports (crypto, traditional finance research, or financial media)
- Excellent writing skills with ability to produce institutional-quality research content
- Strong English reading comprehension for processing reports from Delphi, Messari, a16z, etc.
- Genuine interest in cryptocurrency with established frameworks for 1-2 sectors
- Team player capable of deep research within given frameworks while constructively challenging assumptions
Preferred Qualifications
- Public writing portfolio (Twitter, Mirror, Substack, WeChat official account, etc.)
- Experience at leading crypto research firms, crypto media, or traditional financial institutions
- Hands-on blockchain experience including transactions or basic on-chain analysis (Dune, Nansen, Arkham)
