Job Description
This role involves managing and optimizing research workflows to ensure the effective collection and analysis of data. The candidate will be responsible for organizing research processes, maintaining data integrity, and supporting analytical projects through systematic data gathering. Additionally, the position requires coordination of event planning activities, including outreach efforts to secure sponsorships and partnerships. The individual will also design and produce presentation materials and marketing collateral to communicate research findings and project goals. A critical component of the role is conducting reference checks to validate research accuracy and reliability. Furthermore, the candidate must build and sustain professional relationships with industry stakeholders to facilitate information exchange and resource acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire research lifecycle, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and maintaining high standards of data quality.
  • Develop and implement strategies for event management, including identifying target sponsors, creating engagement plans, and managing logistics for successful outcomes.
  • Design visually compelling presentation materials and marketing collateral that effectively convey research insights to diverse audiences, such as stakeholders, clients, and team members.
  • Perform thorough reference checks to verify the credibility of sources and ensure the validity of research findings, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
  • Establish and nurture a professional network of industry contacts to support sourcing of relevant information, collaboration opportunities, and market intelligence gathering.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research data into actionable strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging research methodologies to continuously improve processes and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Document research procedures and outcomes systematically to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Present research findings to senior management and external partners, providing clear insights and recommendations to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of research initiatives, making data-informed adjustments to optimize results and improve efficiency.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as marketing, business administration, or data analysis, with advanced degrees preferred for senior roles.
  • Proven experience in research management, event coordination, or marketing, with a demonstrated track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication abilities, including both written and verbal skills, to effectively present findings and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite to create professional marketing and presentation materials.
  • Ability to conduct thorough reference checks and validate information sources, ensuring accuracy and reliability in research outputs.
  • Outstanding networking and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain connections with industry professionals and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of event planning software and tools to streamline coordination processes and enhance event execution efficiency.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Excel to present research findings in an accessible and impactful manner.
