Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant/Researcher to join our dynamic start-up team. Our team is distributed across Singapore, Canada, Hong Kong, and Dubai, and we have successfully launched a product testing website with over 100,000 users. With seed round financing completed and support from over 10 VC firms, we are poised for rapid growth and innovation in the financial sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Writing white papers: Utilize professional financial knowledge and critical thinking to optimize or rewrite existing documentation. This may involve simple chart drawing, model calculations, and other related tasks.
- Optimize/iterate product financial models: Enhance the effectiveness and core competitiveness of our financial models through horizontal/vertical expansion or iteration based on product development needs.
- Research/analyze mainstream DEFI financial models: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of leading DEFI financial models and produce high-quality written content to support our strategic initiatives.

Job Requirements
- Strong background in finance, economics, or a related field.
- Experience in writing white papers, financial models, or research reports.
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting financial data and models.
- Familiarity with DEFI financial models and the broader financial technology landscape.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a distributed team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
