Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Risk Control Specialist to monitor and manage risk control information, integrate exposure data, and provide timely summaries and instructions. The ideal candidate will assist in quantifying and enhancing risk control strategies while contributing to system improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor risk control information and integrate exposure data to provide timely summaries and issue instructions
- Assist the supervisor in quantifying and improving risk control strategies
- Participate in system construction and enhancement projects
- Prepare daily reports and summarize problem areas
- Conduct employee training sessions on risk control procedures
- Track and handle daily risk control events
- Analyze exposure issues using trading experience to determine positions and optimize profitability
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in risk control or trading environment
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Proficiency in risk management systems and tools
- Knowledge of trading operations and market exposure concepts
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification in risk management (e.g., FRM, PRM)
- Experience with quantitative risk modeling
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced trading environments
