Job Description
Web3Caff Research is a membership subscription based Web3 industry research and analysis comprehensive service platform aimed at Web3 frontline explorers and fintech elites. It is launched by the globally renowned Web3 technology research platform Web3Caff. We are currently recruiting marketing personnel to participate in the promotion of marketization and provide standardized marketing plans for execution reference. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance platform visibility, drive user acquisition, and maintain engagement with our target audience of Web3 professionals and fintech enthusiasts. This role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute marketization strategies to expand Web3Caff Research's market presence and user base
  • Develop standardized marketing frameworks and templates for team-wide implementation
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and gaps in the Web3 research sector
  • Collaborate with product and content teams to create marketing materials that highlight platform value propositions
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness
  • Engage with industry events, conferences, and online communities to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership
  • Manage social media presence and content calendar to maintain active engagement with the Web3 community
  • Coordinate with sales teams to support lead generation and customer retention efforts
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in Web3 technology and market dynamics to inform marketing direction
  • Provide regular reporting on marketing activities, outcomes, and recommendations for improvement
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing within the Web3 or fintech industry (minimum 2 years)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in tracking and interpreting marketing performance data
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems for campaign management
  • Ability to create compelling marketing content that resonates with Web3 professionals and fintech audiences
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present marketing strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously
  • Knowledge of membership subscription models and their unique marketing challenges
  • Experience with market research methodologies and data-driven decision making
  • Fluency in English with additional language skills preferred for international market expansion
