Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth technical research on Chatbot, AIGC, and virtual human capabilities to identify opportunities for business integration.
• Collaborate with B-end partners to develop and validate practical application scenarios, translating technical insights into actionable product solutions.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business departments, ensuring alignment on solution goals and implementation timelines.
• Lead project teams to execute product solutions, monitoring progress and delivering results that meet both quality standards and quantitative targets.
• Continuously analyze online performance metrics and business feedback to drive product optimization and innovation.
• Identify and document business pain points through regular communication with stakeholders, then develop targeted strategies for resolution.
• Coordinate with upstream and downstream partners to streamline workflows, enhance collaboration efficiency, and ensure seamless solution delivery.
• Provide strategic guidance to business teams, leveraging technology capabilities to achieve operational and growth objectives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure the product roadmap remains competitive and aligned with industry advancements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for technical processes, solution implementations, and business impact assessments.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in Chatbot, AIGC, or virtual human development, with a strong understanding of related technologies and their applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with B-end partners, business departments, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery of solutions that meet quality and performance benchmarks.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret online data, business feedback, and market trends for informed decision-making.
• Proficiency in product strategy development, including identifying pain points, designing solutions, and implementing them efficiently.
• Experience in cross-departmental coordination, with a track record of driving alignment and collaboration across teams.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools to support iterative development and timely execution.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value, demonstrating a clear understanding of market needs and competitive landscapes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and optimize product performance in dynamic environments.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills to communicate technical processes, solution outcomes, and business impact effectively.
• Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in computer science, AI, or related fields, along with 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required, with additional language skills being a plus for international collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms and AI development frameworks is highly advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, and internal teams.
