Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product lifecycle of blockchain infrastructure solutions from conception to launch
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and optimize blockchain nodes and network architecture
• Develop product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and technological advancements
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for product improvement
• Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication
• Create detailed product specifications and documentation for development teams

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager with infrastructure-related products
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, particularly chains and nodes architecture
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Experience working in agile development environments
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in blockchain infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of multiple blockchain protocols and consensus mechanisms
• Understanding of cryptographic principles and security best practices
• Experience with distributed systems and peer-to-peer networking
