Job Description
We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as an Onchain Trading Product Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of innovative trading products in the blockchain space.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive demand research and analysis for Onchain trading products
- Design, plan, and implement various Onchain trading products and solutions
- Develop detailed execution plans for new trading products including spot products, index products, derivatives, and other trading varieties
- Collaborate closely with product operations teams to drive business growth of trading products
- Utilize various analytical methods to gain deep insights into industry trends and user needs
- Translate market insights into practical and feasible product strategies
- Coordinate with internal and external resources to achieve product goals and objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in blockchain or financial trading products
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets and trading mechanisms
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and user behavior
- Experience in designing and implementing trading products (spot, derivatives, indices)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong project management and execution capabilities
- Knowledge of blockchain technology and smart contracts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in cryptocurrency exchanges or blockchain startups
- Technical background with understanding of blockchain protocols
- Familiarity with DeFi protocols and Onchain trading mechanisms
- Multilingual capabilities for global market operations
