Senior Product Manager at OpenBlock

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive demand research and analysis for Onchain trading products
• Design, plan, and implement innovative trading products including spot products, index products, derivatives, and other trading varieties
• Develop detailed execution plans for new trading products, ensuring successful launch and adoption
• Collaborate closely with product operations teams to drive business growth and achieve product KPIs
• Utilize various analytical methods to gain deep insights into industry trends and user needs
• Translate market insights into practical product strategies and roadmaps
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful product implementation
• Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in blockchain or financial trading products
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency trading ecosystems
• Proven track record of successfully launching and growing trading products
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex market data
• Experience with various trading products including spot, derivatives, and index products
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DeFi protocols and smart contract interactions
• Knowledge of quantitative trading strategies and algorithms
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in cryptocurrency trading
• Multilingual capabilities for global market operations
