Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and design blockchain products, creating comprehensive documentation including Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with the R&D department to facilitate product implementation and ensure successful final delivery and launch.
• Monitor and analyze the blockchain industry landscape, conducting thorough research and producing insightful reports on relevant trends and developments.
• Develop and implement growth strategies and product requirements to support business expansion and success.

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications in various industries.
• Proven experience in product design and development, preferably in the blockchain or fintech sector.
• Excellent research and analytical skills with the ability to produce high-quality reports and documentation.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly with R&D departments.
• Strategic thinking with the capability to develop growth strategies aligned with business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with blockchain protocols and smart contract development.
• Background in UX/UI design for blockchain applications.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
