Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify user needs and industry trends, ensuring product development aligns with market demands and technological advancements in blockchain ecosystems.
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Onchain trading product design, from conceptualization to implementation, including requirements analysis, prototype development, and testing phases.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans for new trading products, such as spot trading, index trading, derivatives, and other tokenized assets, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product operations, engineering, and marketing to drive business growth through innovative trading solutions.
• Monitor product performance post-launch, gather user feedback, and iterate on improvements to enhance user experience and market competitiveness.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and compliance requirements in the cryptocurrency and blockchain sectors to ensure product strategies meet legal standards.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably within blockchain or fintech industries, with a proven track record of launching trading products.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in market research methodologies, data interpretation, and user behavior analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
• Proficiency in blockchain technologies, including smart contracts, decentralized exchanges, and on-chain data protocols, to ensure product feasibility and security.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, including investors and regulatory bodies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with experience in agile methodologies and project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills preferred, to facilitate international collaboration and documentation.
• Master's degree or higher in business, economics, computer science, or related fields, with certifications in blockchain or fintech disciplines as an advantage.
• Knowledge of financial regulations, trading mechanisms, and risk management frameworks to ensure product compliance and user protection.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present insights and strategies to leadership teams effectively.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including exchanges, liquidity providers, and compliance agencies, to support product expansion.
