Job Description
As an Overseas SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for driving organic traffic to the company's global website and managing related digital operations. This role requires a deep understanding of international SEO practices and the ability to adapt strategies to different regional markets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between SEO initiatives and overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive website audits to identify technical issues, content gaps, and user experience (UX) improvements that enhance search engine visibility and site performance.
  • Perform continuous keyword research and optimization, analyzing search trends, competitor strategies, and user intent to refine keyword targeting and improve search rankings.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of SEO campaigns through tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, adjusting strategies based on data insights and performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement on-page SEO techniques, including meta tags, headers, content optimization, and URL structures, to improve search engine friendliness and page relevance.
  • Track competitor keyword coverage and ranking patterns, conduct gap analysis, and create data-driven recommendations to outperform market rivals.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly SEO performance reports, summarizing traffic trends, conversion rates, and optimization progress to guide strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website development, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
  • Stay updated on algorithm changes, search engine guidelines, and emerging SEO trends to maintain compliance and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Identify and execute opportunities for traffic growth through technical SEO improvements, content marketing, and link-building strategies.
  • Optimize website structure and internal linking to improve crawlability, user navigation, and search engine indexing efficiency.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in SEO, with a focus on international markets and multilingual content optimization (e.g., English, Spanish, French, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights for SEO strategy refinement.
  • Excellent understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including keyword research, content optimization, and backlink strategies.
